摘 要:在信息化时代背景下,数字化技术已经融入各领域工作中,改变了传统工作模式,并在很大程度上提升了工作效率。数字信息化技术的应用不仅有效提升了人事管理效率,还对优化人力资源配置、减轻人员工作量、提升医院整体管理水平有关键意义。本文从数字信息化与医院人事管理的关系入手,分析数字信息化在医院人事管理中的应用内容,在了解数字信息化的优势作用后探究当前数字信息化在公立医院人事管理中的应用局限,并提出针对性解决方案。Against the backdrop of the information age,digital technology has been integrated into various fields of work,transforming traditional working models and significantly improving work efficiency.The application of digital information technology not only effectively enhances the efficiency of human resource management but also plays a key role in optimizing human resource allocation,reducing workload,and improving the overall management level of hospitals.This paper begins with the relationship between digital information technology and human resource management in hospitals,analyzes the application content of digital information technology in hospital human resource management,explores the current limitations of digital information technology in human resource management of public hospitals after understanding its advantages,and proposes targeted solutions.
