摘　　要：本文为国内首部关于肾脏移植术后淋巴系统并发症防治的诊疗指南。肾脏移植术后淋巴系统并发症主要有淋巴漏和淋巴囊肿,淋巴液从被切断的淋巴管和淋巴结处漏出、积聚而形成,是肾脏移植术后的常见并发症之一。中华医学会器官移植学分会组织国内肾脏移植专家根据已发表的相关文献、指南、操作规范,总结最新国内外循证医学证据制订《肾脏移植术后淋巴漏和淋巴囊肿诊疗指南》,以规范国内肾脏移植术后淋巴漏和淋巴囊肿管理,帮助医师在处理肾脏移植术后淋巴系统并发症临床实践中做出合理决策。This is the first clinical practice guideline in China focusing on the prevention and management of lymphatic complications after kidney transplantation.The primary lymphatic complications after kidney transplantation include lymphatic leakage and lymphocysts,which result from the leakage and accumulation of lymphatic fluid from severed lymphatic vessels and nodes.These are among the most common postoperative complications in kidney transplant recipients.To standardize the management of lymphatic leakage and lymphocysts after kidney transplantation,the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Chinese Medical Association convened experts in kidney transplantation to develop the Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lymphatic Leakage and Lymphocysts after Kidney Transplantation.This guideline is based on a comprehensive review of published literature,existing guidelines,and clinical practice protocols,incorporating the latest domestic and international evidence-based findings.It aims to assist physicians in making informed clinical decisions in the management of post-transplant lymphatic complications.
