中医特色疗法治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称“冠心病”)的发病率不断攀升且趋于年轻化,已成为全球范围内致死率最高的疾病,给患者家庭乃至社会带来了巨大的经济负担,有效防治冠心病已成为目前重要的任务之一。现代医学主要通过调脂、抗血小板聚集及稳定斑块等控制冠心病患者病情。中医特色疗法治疗冠心病的历史悠久且深厚,具有独特优势,包括安全有效、价格低廉等。近年来,中医特色疗法,包括毫针刺法、灸法、穴位贴敷、耳穴疗法、推拿疗法、中医运动疗法等,在冠心病的防治中得到了广泛的应用。本文通过归纳和总结冠心病的中医病机及中医特色疗法,以期为冠心病相关的中医特色疗法研究和临床治疗提供参考。In recent years,the incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)has been rising and tends to be younger,has become the world's highest fatality rate of the disease,to the patient's family and even the community has brought a huge economic burden,effective prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease has become one of the most important tasks.Modern medicine mainly controls the condition of patients with coronary heart disease by regulating lipids,anti-platelet aggregation and stabilizing plaque,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)specialty therapies has a long and profound history of treating coronary heart disease.TCM specialty therapies has unique advantages,including safety and effectiveness,low price,and so on.In recent years,TCM specialty therapies,including millipuncture,moxibustion,acupoint patch,ironing therapy,tuina therapy,Chinese medicine exercise therapy,etc.,have been widely used in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.This paper summarized the TCM pathogenesis and specialty therapies of coronary heart disease in order to provide references for the research and clinical treatment of TCM specialty therapies related to coronary heart disease.
