摘　　要：中非传播合作关系的深化调整及其共同造就的全球信息流动景观,不仅深刻影响着非洲地区地缘秩序与价值板块的分化重组,也促使国际传播权力格局在全球南方这一关键版图上实现再平衡。新中国成立以来,随着中国自身发展阶段以及对外交往关系的变动调整,中非传播交往范式呈现从单向性政治声援到有限领域的制度化交往再到共筑高水平中非命运共同体的阶段性变化。当前,全球历史范式加速转移、新一轮科技革命和产业变革迭代升级、价值观板块化碰撞重组,三者张力同步映射在中非传播交往的现实情境中。非洲传播事业发展特征表现为外植型现代媒介起步与内生型民族自决的历时性斗争,跃进式数字化转型与非均衡社会发展的结构性冲突,以及民族国家建设愿景与现代化探索曲折反复的实践性症结。我国对非传播还存在话语权不稳、舆论温差极化、外部“西化”与“分化”操纵升级等困局。唯有携手重塑现代化叙事,挖掘文明对话的在地价值,提升精准传播效能,才能更好以中非合作引领南方国家重构全球传播版图。The deepening and adjustment of China-Africa communication cooperation and the global information flow land-scape jointly created by them have not only profoundly influenced the geopolitical order and the differentiation and reorganiza-tion of value-blocs in Africa,but also prompted a rebalancing of the international communication power structure on the criti-cal map of the Global South.Since 1949,with the changes and adjustments in China's own development stages and its foreign relations,the paradigm of China-Africa communication has evolved from one-way political support to institutionalized exchang-es in limited areas,and then to the joint construction of a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future.Currently,the accelerated shift in global historical paradigms,the iterative upgrade of a new round of technological revolution and indus-trial transformation,and the collision and reorganization of value-blocs are all simultaneously reflected in the practical context of China-Africa communication.The characteristics of the development of communication in Africa are manifested in the histor-ical struggle between the implantation of modern media and the endogenous national self-determination,the structural conflict between leapfrogging digital transformation and uneven social development,and the practical issues of the vision of nation-state building and the tortuous exploration of modernization.China's communication with Africa still faces challenges such as unstable discourse power,polarized public opinion temperature differences,and the escalating manipulation of external“West-ernization”and“division”.Only by working together to reshape the modernization narrative,excavate the local value of civiliza-tional dialogue,and enhance the effectiveness of precise communication can we better lead the reconstruction of the global communication map by Global South through China-Africa cooperation.
