摘 要:高压辊磨机作为一种高效的粉碎设备,具有处理矿石量大、能量利用率高、粉碎产品粒度细等特点,广泛运用于矿山领域,在选矿行业中的应用已经较为成熟,并在节能降耗方面取得显著效果。对高压辊磨机的工作原理及粉碎过程进行了简要介绍,采用基于离散元仿真方法的Rocky软件,通过正交试验,定量分析辊轮转速、辊轮间隙以及入料粒径对高压辊磨机粉碎效果的影响,主要包括辊轮受力、平均破碎比、矿石与辊轮的能量耗散,试验结果表明,辊轮间隙对辊轮受力及矿石与辊轮平均能量耗散的影响最大,而入料粒径对平均破碎比的影响最大。在此基础上,采用单因素试验研究辊轮间隙、辊轮转速和入料粒径对高压辊磨机粉碎效果的具体影响,试验结果表明,平均破碎比随辊轮转速、辊轮间隙的增加而减小,随入料粒径的增加而变大,在辊轮转速不同的情况下,矿石与辊轮、矿石与矿石的平均能量耗散对平均破碎比有直接影响,当辊轮转速为30 r/min、辊轮间隙为21 mm、入料粒径为65 mm时,破碎效果最佳,平均破碎比为2.77。As an efficient crushing equipment,high pressure roller mill has the characteristics of large amount of ore processing,high energy utilization rate,fine particle size of crushing products,etc.It is widely used in the mining field,and its application in the mineral processing industry has been more mature,and has achieved remarkable results in energy saving and consumption reduction.The working principle and crushing process of highpressure roller mill are briefly introduced.Rocky software based on discrete element simulation method is used to quantitatively analyze the influences of roller wheel speed,roller wheel gap and feed particle size on the crushing effect of high-pressure roller mill through orthogonal test,mainly including roller wheel force,average crushing ratio and energy dissipation between ore and roller wheel.The test results show that,roller gap has the greatest influence on roller force and average energy dissipation between ore and roller,while particle size has the greatest influence on average crushing ratio.On this basis,a single factor test was used to study the specific influence of roller wheel clearance,roller wheel speed and feed particle size on the crushing effect of high pressure roller mill.The test results showed that the average crushing ratio decreased with the increase of roller wheel speed and roller wheel clearance,and increased with the increase of feed particle size.The average energy dissipation between ore and roller and between ore and ore has a direct influence on the average crushing ratio.When roller speed is 30 r/min,roller gap is 21 mm and feed particle size is 65 mm,the crushing effect is the best,and the average crushing ratio is 2.77.
