摘 要:云南某难选硅钙锡石矿物原矿品位锡含量为0.253%,易选的硫化相中锡和锡石中的锡分布率仅占11.86%,而硅酸盐中的锡含量占比达87.35%。从脂肪酸类,到砷酸类、羟肟酸类以及一些混合捕收剂均在锡石浮选中有所应用。随着锡石浮选药剂的发展,锡石的浮选指标均有所提升,但硅钙锡石的综合回收利用的问题一直没有得到妥善解决。针对云南某难选硅钙锡石矿物,通过研发配制对硅钙锡石有较好活化作用的新型活化剂KY,比较有效地解决了硅钙锡石的难活化问题,配合脂肪酸类捕收剂,锡回收率和品位有了大幅度提升。新型活化剂KY主要成分为氟硅酸钠、氟化氢铵、碳酸钠、氟化钠等。在磨矿细度为-74μm含量占73.73%条件下,采用新型活化剂KY活化难选硅钙锡石,氧化石腊皂和103S作为捕收剂,采用“优先浮硫—选硫尾矿浮选锡”工艺流程,可获得硫精矿产率61.37%,硫品位51.17%、硫回收率98.13%;锡精矿产率1.13%,锡品位16.71%、锡回收率75.51%的浮选指标。该工艺在现场得到应用,通过优化现场流程结构配制,增加新型药剂,取得良好效果,为企业新增经济效益显著。In Yunnan province,the content of a refractory silica-calcium cassite is 0.253%,the distribution of tin in sulfide phase and cassiterite is only 11.86%,while the content of tin in silicate is 87.35%.The collectors of cassiterite from fatty acids to arsenate acids,hydroxamic acids and some mixed collectors have been used in cassiterite flotation.With the development of cassiterite flotation reagents,the flotation index of cassiterite has been improved,but the problem of comprehensive recovery and utilization of cassiterite has not been properly solved.In this experiment,a new activator KY,which had a good activation effect on the refractory calcium silicate cassserite in Yunnan,was developed and formulated,which effectively solved the problem of difficult activation of stokesite.With fatty acid collectors,the tin recovery and grade were greatly improved.The main components of the new activator KY are sodium fluosilicate,ammonium hydrogen fluoride,sodium carbonate,sodium fluoride,etc.Under the condition of grinding fineness of−74μm content of 73.73%,the new activator KY was used to activate the refractory silicocalcite,the oxide wax soap and 103 S were used as collectors,and the process of‘Preferential sulphur flotation-tin flotation from sulphur tailings’was adopted.The flotation index of sulfur concentrate yield of 61.37%,sulfur grade of 51.17%,sulfur recovery of 98.13%,tin concentrate yield of 1.13%,tin grade of 16.71%,tin recovery of 75.51%was obtained.The process has been applied in the field.By optimizing the configuration of the on-site process structure and adding new reagents,good results have been achieved,and significant economic benefits have been added to the enterprise.
