摘  要:有色金属工业中,矿石成分检测仍以人工取样、化学分析为主,存在取样代表性差,检测时间有滞后性,现场工况条件较差等问题,难以为现场生产提供实施有效的数据,不能满足当今有色金属生产的需求。为解决以上问题,提出并研制了一种基于XRF技术的皮带矿石品位在线分析系统,该系统基于能量色散的X荧光光谱分析方法,通过X射线激发精矿样品中金属元素的特征X荧光,通过测量特征X射线的强度并利用偏最小二乘法线性拟合建立品位-强度模型,实现快速实时检测精矿品位。为验证系统的短期可靠性,在实验室环境下对该系统进行了多次72小时连续运行测试,经统计该系统72小时连续运行测试数据,可以得知该系统中X光管温度、机箱内温度以及参与实验的被测元素的计数率的整体波动均较小,表明了该系统的短期运行稳定性较好;为验证系统精度,对铜精矿和粗精矿所组成的30组经研磨-压制-烧结所制成的标准样进行了精度对比测试,将测试结果与实验室化验值进行对比,测试结果表明整体精度在1%~4%1σ范围。通过试验结果表明,该系统可提供实时有效的矿石品位数据。该系统具有较好的应用前景,在选矿领域,为使用湿法磁选的铁精矿选厂提供在线监测矿石品位的实时工具,帮助优化选矿工艺流程,也可以在线监测选矿厂压滤机后粉矿皮带上的精矿品位,实时反应精矿质量,有助于选矿工作者根据精矿质量标准按品级高低分类入库和考核工艺技术指标;在冶金领域,实现对如炉原料品位的实时监测,进而合理配置炉料结构,提高冶炼质量,降低能耗,有助于企业获得更高的技术经济指标,响应国家节能减排的政策。本文研制的皮带矿石品位在线分析系统可以为有色金属行业的高质量发展提供助力。In the non-ferrous metal industry,the detection of ore composition remains largely reliant on manual sampling and chemical analysis methods.These conventional methods are fraught with several limitations,including poor sampling representativeness,significant delays in detection time,and harsh working conditions in the field.Collectively,these drawbacks hinder the ability to provide real-time and effective data for industrial production,failing to meet the demands of modern non-ferrous metal production processes.To address these challenges,an on-line belt ore grade analysis system based on X-ray fluorescence(XRF)technology has been proposed and developed.The system employs energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence(EDXRF)spectral analysis,which stimulates the characteristic X-ray fluorescence of metal elements in concentrate samples using X-rays.By measuring the intensity of these characteristic X-rays and applying partial least square(PLS)linear fitting,the system constructs a grade-intensity model to achieve rapid and real-time detection of concentrate grades.To validate the short-term reliability of the system,multiple 72-hour consecutive operation tests were conducted in a laboratory environment.The results of these tests revealed minimal fluctuations in the X-ray tube temperature,chassis temperature,and counting rate of the tested elements.This stability indicates that the system can maintain consistent performance over short periods,ensuring reliable data collection and analysis.In order to verify the accuracy of the system,precision comparison tests were conducted on 30 groups of standard samples,which were prepared from copper concentrate and rough concentrate through grinding,pressing,and sintering.The test results were compared with laboratory analysis results,revealing an overall accuracy within the range of 1%~4%(1σ).These findings demonstrate that the system can provide real-time and effective ore grade data with a high degree of precision.The developed on-line belt ore grade analysis system holds signific
