摘　　要：探究科技创新过程,有效整合该过程中的关键信息,能为科技创新策略的制定与调整提供理论依据与实践支撑。文章依据多重网络理论框架,提出科技创新策略知识图谱构建与分析方法,并以粤港澳大湾区企业为例进行实证研究。基于多重网络的知识图谱赋能科技创新策略的制定、分析与调整,通过专利诉讼分析、竞合关系发现、技术集群追踪以及科技发展趋势研判,为解读科技创新过程提供了新视角。Exploring the process of science and technology(S&T)innovation and effectively integrating the key information in the process can provide the theoretical basis and practical support for the formulation and adjustment of S&T innovation strategy.Based on the multilayer network theoretical framework,the paper proposes a method for developing and analyzing the knowledge graph of S&T innovation strategy and conducts an empirical study on an enterprise in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The multilayer network-based knowledge graph empowers the formulation,analysis,and adjustment of S&T innovation strategies,and provides a new perspective for interpreting the S&T innovation process through the analysis of patent litigation,the discovery of coopetitive relationships,the tracking of technology clusters,and the study of S&T development trends.
