摘 要:伸臂桁架有助于超高层结构提高抗侧刚度、减少侧向位移、降低核心筒倾覆力矩。由于内外筒施工不同步、结构布置不对称及混凝土收缩徐变等原因,伸臂桁架施工合拢时间窗口是确保服役阶段结构受力和结构施工刚度形成达到设计预期的关键问题。本文提出超高层结构伸臂桁架施工合拢时间窗口优化方法,依据不同施工合拢方案对伸臂桁架服役受力的影响,提出基于服役期富余应力空间的伸臂桁架最早合拢时刻确定方法;依据不同施工合拢方案对结构施工临时体系刚度形成和稳定性的影响,提出基于施工期结构刚度和稳定性的伸臂桁架最晚合拢时刻确定方法。以超高层结构京基金融中心为工程背景,给出了3道伸臂桁架合拢时间窗口,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。The outrigger trusses help super high⁃rise structure to improve lateral stiffness,reduce lateral dis⁃placement,and lower core overturning moment.Due to asynchronous construction of the inner and outer frames,asymmetric structural arrangements,and the shrinkage and creep of concrete,the time window for outrigger truss construction is a key issue to ensure that the structural service force and the construction stiff⁃ness formation meet the design expectation.This paper proposes an optimization method of closing time win⁃dow for outrigger truss construction of super high⁃rise structure.Considering the influence of construction clos⁃ing schemes on the service force of the outrigger truss,a method for determining the earliest closing moment of the outrigger truss based on the surplus stress in service phase is proposed.Considering the influence of con⁃struction closing schemes on the stiffness formation and stability of structural construction temporary system,a method for determining the latest closing moment of outrigger truss based on the structural stiffness and stabil⁃ity in construction phase is proposed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by taking the Kingkey Financial Center,a super high⁃rise structure,as the engineering background,where the closing time windows for the three outrigger trusses are provided.
