摘 要:胶合木结构中,以销槽承压作为主要传力方式的销式连接应用广泛,但通常情况下销式连接件直径不大,一个节点上连接件数量较多。为满足大跨度胶合木结构中较大内力的需求,采用了一种大直径钢管销式节点,该类节点工程应用少,且受力机理尚不明确。通过试验揭示了这种销式连接节点的破坏模式,分析了节点刚度、承载力和延性等力学性能参数。对节点建立了精细化有限元模型,并基于校准后的参数对钢销直径进行了参数分析,提出了相关参数的取值建议及计算方法。结果表明,大直径钢管销式节点在径厚比小于23时,破坏模式为销槽承压破坏,具备较高的初始刚度和承载力,且延性较好。通过参数分析得到的拟合公式与试验结果匹配良好。In glulam structures,the dowel‑type connection which features the embedding pressure as the main solution of force transmitting is widely used.However,a joint usually contains plenty of fasteners with relatively small diameter.To meet the demand of massive internal force in large‑span glulam structures,a large‑diameter steel‑tube dowel‑type joint was adopted.There is a lack of engineering application of this type of joint and the mechanism of it remains unclear.The failure modes of this dowel‑type joint were observed through tests.The mechanical properties including joint stiffness,capacity and ductility were analyzed.The refined finite element model of the joint was established,and the parametric study on the tube diameter was conducted according to the validated parameters.The suggestions on value of certain parameters as well as the formula were proposed.Results reveal that,when the diameter‑to‑thickness ratio is less than 23,the large‑diameter steel‑tube joints tend to fail in an embedment failure mode,with relatively high initial stiffness and capacity.The ductility of the joint is also guaranteed.The fitting formulae obtained by parameteric analysis are in good agreement with the experimental results.
