摘  要:针对装配式箱型钢梁-柱的连接问题,提出了一种盖板箱型槽孔削弱装配式新型节点。通过2个足尺模型试验,分析该新型节点的破坏机理与抗震性能,并用试验结果检验有限元模型的有效性。在此基础上,分析了节点的不同参数对其抗震性能的影响。研究表明:提出的新型节点具有较好的抗震性能;塑性铰出现在槽孔削弱处,防止了脆性破坏;槽孔长度变化对节点抗震性能影响较小,但当槽孔向柱端靠近或槽孔宽度扩大时,均会造成节点的承载能力和耗能性能降低。因此,建议将槽孔削弱区设置在距离盖板较远的位置,并尽可能缩减槽孔的长度和宽度;盖板厚度变化主要影响节点的刚度与总耗能,提高盖板厚度均会使总耗能增长,建议将加强盖板设置为短厚型。To solve the connection issue of assembled box-shaped steel beams and columns,a novel assembled box-shaped joint type with a reinforced cover plate and weakened slot was introduced.Through two full-scale model tests,the failure mechanism and seismic performance of the new joint were analyzed.The experimental results were used to validate the effectiveness of the finite element model.Based on this,the influence of different parameters of the nodes on their seismic performance was analyzed.The research indicates that the innovative joint design demonstrates strong seismic performance.The plastic hinge appears at the weakened slot,effectively preventing brittle failure.Variations in the length of the slot have minimal impact on the seismic performance of the joint.However,positioning the slot closer to the column end or increasing the width of the slot both lead to decreased load-bearing capacity and energy dissipation of the joint.Therefore,it is recommended to position the weakened slot area farther from the cover plate and minimize the length and width of the weakened slot.Changes in the thickness of cover plate primarily affect the stiffness and overall energy dissipation of the joint.Increasing its thickness results in higher energy dissipation.Therefore,it is suggested to use the short and thickened strengthening cover plate.
