摘 要:不锈钢材料的高温力学性能是研究不锈钢结构抗火性能的基础。不锈钢作为一种高性能钢材,相较于普通碳钢,具有非线性强、无明显屈服点和屈服平台、应变硬化显著以及抗火性能优异等特性。基于一组不锈钢的高温材性试验,综合大量国内外不锈钢材料的高温力学性能试验结果,对不同牌号的不锈钢进行分组,并给出了较为准确的不锈钢材料力学性能的高温折减系数及相关计算公式。基于我国《不锈钢结构技术规程》(CECS 410—2015)中不锈钢材料的常温本构模型,提出了不锈钢材料的高温本构模型,并利用该组不锈钢材料的高温力学性能试验结果对模型的准确性加以验证。结果显示,该模型预测结果总体相对准确,可为我国后续不锈钢结构抗火性能的研究和设计提供参考依据。Elevated temperature mechanical properties of stainless steel is the basis of the research on fire behaviour of stainless steel structures.Stainless steel,as a type of high-performance steel,has characteristics of non-linearity,no obvious yield point and yield plateau,strain hardening and superior fire-resistance,compared with carbon steel.On the basis of a group of elevated temperature material tests of stainless steel combined with comprehensive elevated temperature material test results of stainless steel,stainless steels with different grades are classified and then the material properties of reduction factors and formula of stainless steel are proposed.The elevated temperature constitutive model is developed based on the room temperature constitutive model provided in the Technical Specification for Stainless Steel Structures(CECS 410—2015),which is assessed by the test results of that group of elevated temperature material tests of stainless steel in terms of accuracy.The results show that the prediction results of the model are relatively accurate,which can provide a reference for the further research and design of stainless steel structures in fire in China.
