摘  要:设计并优化了一种耦合剪式结构与索结构的大尺度平面天线。首先,采用主、被动索相结合的方式,增强结构刚度并优化展开过程。对比不同的索杆耦合布置方案,研究其对天线结构基频性能和质量的影响。其次,利用遗传算法对杆件和拉索的截面尺寸进行优化,得到结构各部件的最佳尺寸配置。对薄膜配置法进行改进与优化,以解决带厚度天线面板在展开过程中可能存在的几何不兼容性问题。最后,对结构展开过程中的驱动策略进行深入分析。结果表明,该设计方法在提升天线阵面结构的基频、减轻质量以及优化展开运动学方面具有显著优势,为高收纳比天线阵面结构的工程应用提供了重要参考。A large-scale planar antenna integrating scissor-like structures and cable structures was designed and optimized.Firstly,a combination of active and passive cables was adopted to enhance the structural stiffness and improve the deployment process.By comparing different cable-strut coupling layout schemes,the effects on the fundamental frequency performance and weight of the antenna structure were investigated.Then,the cross-sectional dimensions of the struts and cables were optimized using a genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal size configuration for each component of the structure.To address the potential geometric incompatibility issues during the deployment of thick antenna panels,an improved and optimized solution was proposed based on the membrane configuration method.Finally,the driving strategy for the deployment process was thoroughly analyzed.The results indicate that this design method offers significant advantages in improving the fundamental frequency,reducing weight,and optimizing the kinematics of the deployment process.It provides valuable references for the engineering application of high-stowage-ratio antenna array structures.
