摘  要:为测算与优化路网通行能力,针对断面、路段、路网3个层级,根据交叉口信号相位结构与配时参数,分别给出各层级通行能力的计算方法。通过建立路网通行能力优化模型与信号交叉口总延误优化模型,在保证路网通行能力最大的基础上,实现路网信号交叉口总延误最小化,以兼顾路网通行能力与运行效率整体最优。案例仿真结果表明,所提模型能够较为准确地计算路网通行能力,模型计算结果与仿真实验数据偏差为1.60%。与Synchro优化方案相比,所提模型优化方案可使路网通行能力提高5.11%,车均延误时间减少12.28%,车均停车次数下降19.10%,取得了较为明显的优化效果。To calculate and optimize the traffic capacity of road network,the calculation methods for the traffic capacity of each level are given based on the intersection signal phase structure and timing parameters,considering three levels including cross section,road section,and road network.By establishing optimization models of the traffic capacity and total delay at signalized intersections in road network,the minimum total delay of signalized intersections can be achieved while ensuring the maximum traffic capacity of road network,taking into account the overall optimization of both traffic capacity and operational efficiency of road network.The simulation results of the case show that the proposed model can accurately calculate the traffic capacity of road network with a deviation of 1.60%between the model calculation and the simulation data.Compared with the Synchro optimization scheme,the proposed model optimization scheme improves the traffic capacity of road network by 5.11%,reduces the average delay by 12.28%,and decreases the average number of stops by 19.10%,achieving a significant optimization effect.
