摘  要:为全面考虑磁饱和对开关磁阻电机气隙磁场的影响,基于气隙磁场调制理论,建立了一种半解析饱和气隙磁场模型。该模型在线性气隙磁场模型基础上,研究了磁饱和对气隙磁导的调制效应,并量化了磁饱和程度与气隙磁导各阶谐波之间的关系。通过有限元分析获取少量样本数据后,采用插值方法重构出饱和气隙磁导频谱,从而校正受磁饱和影响的线性气隙磁场模型。构建了有限元仿真模型,在3倍过载条件下使电机进入深度饱和状态进行仿真验证。搭建了静态磁链测试平台进行实验验证。仿真结果表明,所提出的半解析法与有限元结果误差小于1%。实测结果表明,所提半解析法与实测结果误差小于10%。该方法克服了纯有限元法时间长和纯解析法推导复杂的问题,实现了电机基本电磁性能的快速评估。To fully account for the impact of magnetic saturation on the air-gap magnetic field of a switched reluctance machine,a semi-analytical model for the saturated air-gap magnetic field was developed based on the theory of air-gap magnetic field modulation.Based on the linear air-gap magnetic field model,the model investigated the modulation effect of magnetic saturation on air-gap permeance.The relationship between the saturation degree and the harmonics of air-gap permeance was quantified.By acquiring a limited amount of sample data through finite element analysis,the saturated air-gap permeance spectrum was reconstructed by interpolation method to correct the linear air-gap magnetic field model affected by magnetic saturation.A finite element simulation model was constructed,and a threefold overload condition was selected to induce the machine to enter the deep saturation for simulation verification.A static flux-linkage test platform was established for experimental verification.The simulation results indicate that the error between the proposed semi-analytical method and finite element analysis is less than 1%.Experimental results demonstrate that the error between the proposed semi-analytical method and the measured results is less than 10%.This method enables a rapid assessment of the fundamental electromagnetic performance of machine,overcoming the drawbacks of the long computation time associated with pure finite element methods and the complex derivation required for pure analytical methods.
