高校教师数字素养培育策略研究

摘  要:数字素养的理念已经逐渐成为当前的热门话题。在新时代背景下,高校教师也需要具备数字素养。研究高校教师数字素养的现状对于提升教师的数字素养水平具有重要意义,能够有效支持学习者的数字能力提升,并培养具备创新精神与批判思维的数字公民,具有深远的意义。目前国内外学者对于高校教师数字素养内涵及构成要素的探讨已经相当深入且丰富。该文以国家“211工程”重点建设大学延边大学为例,依据《教师数字素养》对教师数字化素养的要求,通过问卷调查及查询公开信息的方式发现,教师数字素养的提升对学生的学习有明显的积极影响。同时也发现高校教师在数字化教学过程中存在的共性问题,基于此,从高校层面提出针对性的解决方法。Digital literacy has become an increasingly popular topic.In the modern era,it is essential for college teachers to possess digital literacy.Researching the current status of digital literacy among college teachers is of significant importance as it helps to enhance their digital skills and provide support for improving students'digital abilities.It also contributes to the cultivation of innovative and critical digital citizens.Currently,both domestic and international scholars have engaged in comprehensive discussions about the essence and components of digital literacy among college teachers.For instance,a survey conducted at Yanbian University,a national key 211 Project university,revealed that enhancing teachers'digital literacy has a notably positive impact on students'learning.Furthermore,common issues in digital teaching within higher education institutions were identified.Consequently,specific solutions are proposed at the university level.
