摘　　要：针对新时代电子信息产业对高素质创新型人才的迫切需求,该文分析研究生创新人才培养中存在的问题和挑战,提出了“党建领航、多元协同、质量铸魂”的研究生创新人才培养新模式,该模式以河北工程大学信息与电气工程学院为例,从党建引领跨域度思政教育、多元协同助力产学研育人、数字化赋能质量体系保障三方面提出三位一体的总体框架,并针对性地探索形成具体应对措施,最后介绍应用该模式取得的人才培养成效。研究成果可推广至全国电子信息、计算机等相关学科研究生培养领域,为适应新时代电子信息产业需求的高素质创新型人才培养提供经验借鉴和有力支撑。In response to the pressing demand for high-quality innovative talent in the electronic information industry of the new era,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges in cultivating innovative graduate-level talent.It introduces a new model for fostering such talent,characterized by"Party leadership,multi-faceted collaboration,and quality-centered development."Using the School of Information and Electrical Engineering at Hebei University of Engineering as an example,the model is built on three key pillars:Party-led cross-domain ideological education,multi-faceted collaboration supporting industry-academia-research talent cultivation,and digital empowerment of the quality assurance system.The paper also explores specific measures and concludes by discussing the positive outcomes achieved through this model,offering insights that can be extended to graduate training in related fields such as electronics,information technology,and computer science across China.
