新时代博士研究生培养质量评价——基于问卷调查的实证与分析

摘　　要：基于博士研究生培养质量的输入、过程、输出及发展四个维度设计调查问卷,从学生视角针对性地开展博士研究生培养质量评价。分析当前博士研究生培养质量的现状和不足,并针对博士研究生培养质量的提升提出相应举措及建议。研究结果表明,博士研究生对于博士阶段在培养科研兴趣、提升科技创新能力及促进职业发展认知方面,普遍表示认可,但其认可度仍存在较大的提升空间;读博动机对于博士研究生在学习投入和科研成果产出方面的影响较为显著,在现阶段博士研究生选拔机制的基础上,应当进行适当的改进与创新,加强对博士研究生读博动机的考察,从招生入口关提高博士研究生的培养质量。该文研究成果能够为博士研究生培养质量的提升与保障提供参考依据。Based on the four dimensions of input,process,output,and development of doctoral education quality and designs a questionnaire for targeted doctoral education quality evaluation from the perspective of students.It analyzes the current status and shortcomings of doctoral education quality and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions for improving it.The results show that the doctoral students generally recognize the cultivation of scientific research interest,enhancement of scientific and technological innovation ability and promotion of career development,but there is still a large room for improvement in their recognition;the motivation of doctoral study has a significant impact on the learning input and scientific research output of doctoral students.Based on the current selection mechanism of doctoral students,appropriate improvement and innovation should be carried out,strengthen the investigation of the motivation of doctoral students,and improve the training quality of doctoral students from the enrollment process.The research results can provide reference for the improvement and assurance of the training quality of doctoral students.
