摘 要:容量规划与运行调度是绿氢储能系统设计的关键,针对现有方法复杂的问题,提出一种基于综合评价体系的双层优化模型。提出一套考虑并、离网模式的绿氢储能系统能量管理策略,并采用模糊层次分析法建立一套相应的综合评价体系,得到各项指标的权重值;基于绿氢储能系统各模块的架构,建立上层容量配置、下层运行调度的双层优化模型,并将上述权重值与系统的可靠性、经济性、环境性相结合,将多目标问题转化为单目标问题;提出一种莱维飞行策略和灰狼优化算法相结合的混合优化算法,对模型的优化问题进行求解,得到系统各模块的最优配置和日最优功率分配。算例仿真结果验证了所建模型的可行性和所提算法的优越性。Capacity planning and operation scheduling are key aspects for the design of green hydrogen energy storage system.Aiming at the complicated problems of existing methods,a double-layer optimization model based on comprehensive evaluation system is proposed.A set of energy management strategy of green hydrogen energy storage system considering on-grid and off-grid modes is proposed.A set of corresponding comprehensive evaluation system is established based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and the weight value of each index is obtained.Based on the architecture of each module in the green hydrogen energy storage system,a double-layer optimization model of upper-layer capacity configuration and lower-layer operation scheduling is established,and the above weight values are combined with the reliability,economy and environment of the system to transform the multi-objective problem into a single objective problem.A hybrid optimization algorithm combining Lévy flight strategy and grey wolf optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization problem of the model and obtain the optimal configuration and the daily optimal power allocation of each module in the system.The simulative results of the example verify the feasibility of the proposed model and the superiority of the proposed algorithm.
