摘  要:大规模新能源发电通过电压源型高压直流输电接入交流电网,不仅导致交流系统强度下降,还使得交流系统运行的不确定性显著增强。建立线性形式的多馈入短路比约束,采用信息间隙决策理论框架,提出多馈入短路比约束的交直流电力系统不确定性机组组合模型。该模型通过风电出力允许范围的下界和上界构建机组组合目标函数,因而可以区分对待实际风电出力低于预测值和高于预测值这2种不同情况。通过修改的IEEE 30节点系统和修改的PEGASE 89节点系统验证了所提方法的有效性。The integration of large-scale renewable energy generation into AC grid through voltage source converter-based high-voltage direct current not only decreases the AC system strength,but also significantly increases the uncertainty of AC system operation.A linear multi-infeed short-circuit ratio constraint is built,the framework of information gap decision theory is adopted,and an uncertain unit commitment model for AC-DC power system constrained by multi-infeed short-circuit ratio is proposed,which constructs the unit commitment objective function through the upper and lower bounds of allowable wind power output range,thus two different conditions of actual wind power output lower than the predicted value and higher than the predicted value can be discriminated.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a modified IEEE 30-bus system and a modified PEGASE 89-bus system.
