摘　　要：第四代住宅是一种创新型居住建筑形式,其在继承传统住宅优点的基础上,结合了现代建筑技术和设计理念,旨在实现空间利用的最大化、居住舒适度的提升以及生态环境的改善。第四代住宅在设计中包含了多种户型,这些户型各具特色和优点,设计手法也不尽相同。本文首先介绍了第四代住宅的概念及特征,其次分析了第四代住宅的常见户型及设计手法,最后探讨了第四代住宅户型设计的提升方向及策略,旨在给相关设计工作提供参考。The fourth-generation residential units represent an innovative form of housing that inherits the strengths of traditional residences while integrating modern architectural technologies and design concepts.These units aim to maximize space utilization,enhance living comfort,and improve ecological conditions.The fourth-generation residential units feature a variety of unit types,each with unique characteristics and design approaches.This paper first introduces the concept and features of fourth-generation residential units.It then analyzes the common unit types and design methods used in these residences.Finally,it explores the directions and strategies for improving unit design in fourth-generation residential units to provide references for related design work.
