摘　　要：随着工程、采购、建设(EPC)项目的不断复杂化,合同风险管理成为项目成功的关键因素。本文通过对EPC项目的概述,深入分析了复杂EPC项目中的合同风险,探讨了合同风险的动态识别技术在项目中的应用,并提出了加强合同契约管理的有效策略。全面理解项目生命周期中可能涌现的合同风险,结合先进的技术手段,项目管理者能够更好地规避、预防和应对合同风险,从而提高项目的成功率和效益。With the increasing complexity of Engineering,Procurement,and Construction(EPC)projects,contract risk management has become a key factor for project success.This paper provides an overview of EPC projects and conducts an in-depth analysis of contract risks in complex EPC projects.It explores the application of dynamic identification techniques for contract risks within the project context and proposes effective strategies for strengthening contractual management.By comprehensively understanding the contract risks that may emerge throughout the project lifecycle and integrating advanced technological means,project managers can better avoid,prevent,and respond to contract risks,thereby enhancing project success rates and benefits.
