建筑工程施工过程中安全管理问题和对策解析

摘　　要：近些年来,建筑行业的发展速度比较快,建筑工程建设类型复杂多样,带来了更多的施工安全管理问题。为确保建筑工程的施工安全,相关施工单位应该加大安全管理,保障施工人员的人身安全,避免耽误施工工期。文章阐述了建筑工程施工安全管理的重要性,分析了施工安全管理的各项问题,包括缺乏安全意识、安全管理制度不完善等,提出了各项针对性的应对措施,旨在提高施工安全性,保障工程施工效率及效果。In recent years,the rapid development of the construction industry and the increasing complexity of construction projects have led to more significant challenges in construction safety management.To ensure construction safety,relevant construction units should enhance safety management to protect the personal safety of workers and avoid delays in construction schedules.This paper elaborates on the importance of safety management in architectural engineering construction,analyzes the existing issues in construction safety management,such as lack of safety awareness and incomplete safety management systems,and proposes targeted countermeasures.The aim is to improve construction safety and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of construction projects.
