目标管理方法在建筑工程质量管理中的应用探析

摘　　要：建筑工程质量管理工作复杂程度高,受各类主、客观要素影响严重,管理者稍有疏忽便可能酿成严重后果。为进一步提高建筑工程质量管理水平,保障工程项目的有序推进、落实、竣工、投入使用,应基于项目具体情况、特征,引入目标管理方法,改进建筑工程质量管理模式。文章分析了建筑工程质量管理工作的特征,以及在建筑工程质量管理中使用目标管理方法的意义,又详细说明了在建筑工程质量管理中应用目标管理方法的有效策略,以供参考。Architectural engineering quality management is highly complex and severely affected by various subjective and objective factors.A slight oversight by managers can lead to serious consequences.To further enhance the level of quality management in architectural engineering and ensure the smooth progress,implementation,completion,and commissioning of engineering projects,it is essential to introduce target management methods based on the specific circumstances and characteristics of the project,thereby improving the quality management model.This paper analyzes the characteristics of architectural engineering quality management and the significance of using target management methods in this context.It also provides detailed strategies for effectively applying target management methods in architectural engineering quality management for reference.
