摘　　要：本文对市政道路改建工程进行分析,并提出了施工技术和管理对策。文章首先分析了市政道路改建工程的定义、特点和现状。然后针对施工技术难点,提出了工艺与方法的优化、土方工程处理与地质勘察、施工材料的选择与质量控制,以及环境保护与安全管理措施等对策。针对施工管理难点,提出施工进度管理与协调、资源调配与供应链管理、施工人员管理与培训以及合同管理与风险控制等对策。最后总结了施工技术和管理对策的重要性和实施效果。This paper analyzes municipal road reconstruction projects and proposes technical and management countermeasures.The study first defines and characterizes municipal road reconstruction projects,reviewing their current status.It then addresses technical challenges by proposing optimizations in construction processes and methods,handling of earthwork and geological surveys,selection and quality control of construction materials,and environmental protection and safety management measures.For management challenges,it suggests strategies for construction schedule management and coordination,resource allocation and supply chain management,personnel management and training,and contract management with risk control.The paper concludes by emphasizing the importance and effectiveness of these technical and management countermeasures.
