摘　　要：为了解决幕墙工程较常出现的构件脱落、渗漏等质量问题,使用全过程质量管理理论,分析幕墙工程各阶段质量特点,提出幕墙工程各阶段质量管控手段,结果表明,在设计阶段采用“首席建筑师负责制”、材料阶段构建专业品牌库、施工阶段加强作业人员专业性、维护阶段由专业机构定期巡查,可以有效防控幕墙工程质量风险,进一步提升质量管理水平。To address common quality issues in curtain wall engineering,such as component detachment and leakage,this study employs the theory of full-process quality management.It analyzes the quality characteristics of each stage of curtain wall engineering and proposes quality control measures for each phase.The results show that implementing a“chief architect responsibility system”in the design phase,establishing a professional brand library in the material phase,enhancing the professionalism of construction personnel in the construction phase,and conducting regular inspections by professional institutions in the maintenance phase can effectively control quality risks and further improve the level of quality management.
