摘　　要：随着高等教育数字化转型的不断深入,教育数据的规模呈指数级增长,数据治理风险也随之而至。数据治理的核心任务是确保数据质量,能够直接影响科学决策、资源优化配置以及教育质量提升。高等教育数据治理面临多重挑战,具体表现为:缺乏统一的数据标准,导致数据价值稀疏,难以有效利用;场景应用中存在“黑箱”,加剧了隐私泄露与安全风险;数据的“合理化”偏好,可能构筑理性化牢笼,诱使数据呈现偏离实际的常识性错误。鉴于此,提出几点建议:从制度规范、能力建设、隐私安全保护及治理体系构建等多维度出发,完善数据治理的质量保障体系;借助可解释人工智能及先进数据工具,增强数据价值变现过程的透明度与可解释性;通过加强培训、深化校企合作及构建资源平台等措施,全面提升师生及管理人员的数据素养。As digital transformation in higher education advances,the scale of education data is growing exponentially,bringing with it increasing risks in data governance.The core task of data governance is to ensure data quality,which directly influences scientific decision-making,resource allocation,and education quality.Higher education data governance faces multiple challenges,including:a lack of unified data standards,resulting in fragmentation of data value which is difficult to use effectively;the existence of“black boxes”in the application of scenarios,which aggravates the privacy disclosure and security risks;an overemphasis on“rationalization”of data,which creates a rationalization prison,leading to common-sense errors that deviate from reality.In view of these challenges,several suggestions are proposed:improving the quality assurance system for data governance from various aspects,such as institutional norms,capacity building,privacy security protection,and governance system construction;enhancing the transparency and explainability of the data value realization process by leveraging interpretable AI and advanced data tools;boosting the data literacy of teachers,students,and administrators through enhancing training programs,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and building resource platforms.
