职业相关父母支持与大学生职业探索关系:有调节的中介作用

摘　　要：为揭示职业相关父母支持对大学生职业探索的影响,采用职业相关父母支持问卷、就业压力问卷、职业决策自我效能感问卷和职业探索问卷对936名大学生进行调查。结果显示:职业相关父母支持能够预测大学生职业探索;职业决策自我效能感在职业相关父母支持与大学生职业探索之间有中介效应;职业决策自我效能感的中介作用受到就业压力这一因素的调节,职业决策自我效能感对大学生职业探索的影响,随大学生遇到的就业压力的增加而减少。本研究对提高大学生职业探索有一定参考价值,为提高大学生职业探索,一方面,父母应给大学生更多职业支持;另一方面,应提高大学生职业决策自我效能感和降低大学生就业压力。This study aims to reveal the effect of career-related parental support on the career exploration of college students.A sample of 936 college students was recruited to complete the Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Questionnaire,the Career-related Parental Support Questionnaire,the Employment Pressure Questionnaire,and the Career Explore Questionnaire.The results showed that:career-related parental support and career decision-making self-efficacy positively predicted career exploration;career decision-making selfefficacy played a mediating role between career-related parental support and career exploration among college students;employment pressure moderated the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on career exploration among college students.Therefore,the effect of career-related parental support on career exploration among college students was a moderated mediating effect.The effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on career exploration among college students decreased as employment pressure increased.This study provides valuable insights for enhancing college students'career exploration.To improve college students'career exploration,on the one hand,parents should offer more career-related support to their children;on the other hand,efforts should be made to enhance college students'career decision-making self-efficacy and reduce their employment pressure.
