摘　　要：随着我国禁毒工作体系的不断完善和禁毒工作的不断有效开展,我国的毒品形势持续向好,毒品犯罪、毒品滥用明显降低,国内毒品制造治理成效显著,易制毒化学品流失得到有效遏制,毒品贩运活跃程度大幅降低。但同时也存在诸多隐患,新型毒品替代物层出不穷,国内制毒窝点分布更趋于分散化、小型化,发现难度更大,境外毒品渗透不断加剧,“互联网+物流寄递”贩毒等新型贩毒手段更难查获。基于中国禁毒工作实际和历年毒品形势报告,本文梳理了近些年我国在毒品案件、毒品滥用、毒品来源、毒品贩运等方面的形势变化。With the continuous improvement of China's drug control work system and the effective implementation of drug control work,the drug situation in China continues to improve,drug crime and drug abuse have significantly decreased,domestic drug manufacturing and governance have achieved significant results,the loss of precursor chemicals has been effectively curbed,and the level of drug trafficking activity has significantly decreased.But at the same time,there are also many hidden dangers.New drug substitutes are emerging in endlessly.The distribution of domestic drug manufacturing dens tends to be more decentralized and miniaturized,making it more difficult to find them.The penetration of overseas drugs is increasing,and new drug trafficking means such as“Internet+logistics delivery”drug trafficking are more difficult to find.Based on the actual situation of China's drug control work and reports on the drug situation over the years,this article summarizes the changes in drug cases,drug abuse,drug sources,and drug trafficking in China in recent years.
