多感官唤醒方案在骨科全麻手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨多感官唤醒方案在骨科全麻手术患者中的作用,为麻醉护理工作提供参考。方法:选择2023年3月—12月我院行全身麻醉的骨科手术患者118例为研究对象,以3月—7月的58例患者作为对照组,8月—12月的60例患者作为干预组。对照组给予传统语音唤醒方案,干预组给予多感官唤醒方案。比较两组苏醒时间指标(气管插管留置时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、恢复室停留时间)及苏醒质量相关指标(咽喉痛、躁动、平均动脉压波动发生率)。结果:干预组气管插管留置时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、恢复室停留时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组咽喉痛、躁动、平均动脉压波动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多感官唤醒方案可缩短骨科全麻患者在恢复室的停留时间,能够有效提高患者的苏醒质量和安全性。Objective:To explore the role of multi-sensory wake-up program in patients undergoing orthopedic general anesthesia surgery,and to provide reference for anesthesia nursing.Methods:A total of 118 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from March to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,while 58 patients from March to July were used as the control group,and 60 patients from August to December were used as the intervention group.The control group was given the traditional voice wake-up program,and the intervention group was given the multi-sensory wake-up program.The awakening time indicators(tracheal intubation indwelling time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,recovery room residence time)and awakening quality related indicators(sore throat,restlessness,mean arterial pressure fluctuation rate)were compared between the two groups.Results:The tracheal intubation time,spontaneous breathing recovery time and recovery room residence time in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of sore throat,restlessness and mean arterial pressure fluctuation in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-sensory wake-up program can shorten the stay time of orthopedic general anesthesia patients in the recovery room,and can effectively improve the quality and safety of patients'recovery.
