摘 要:目的:了解本科护生心理健康素养现状及影响因素,为提高护生的心理健康素养水平提高参考。方法:采用一般资料调查表和心理健康素养量表对388名本科护生进行调查,采用多元回归分析影响本科护生心理健康素养的因素。结果:本科护生心理健康素养得分为(107.67±9.93)分,性别、年级、父亲文化程度、是否学习过心理学/精神病学课程、是否认识患有心理疾病的人、是否使用过专业性心理帮助是本科护生心理健康素养的影响因素。结论:本科护生的心理健康素养水平偏低,在明确影响因素的基础上应通过关注重点人群以及创新干预形式提升护生的心理健康水平。Objective:To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of mental health literacy of undergraduate nursing students,and to provide reference for improving the level of their mental health literacy.Methods:A total of 388 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with general information questionnaire and the Mental Health Literacy Scale,and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results:The score of mental health literacy of undergraduate nursing students was(107.67±9.93)scores.Gender,grade,father's education level,whether they had studied psychology/psychiatry courses,whether they known people with psychological diseases,and whether they had used professional psychological help were the influencing factors of mental health literacy of undergraduate nursing students.Conclusion:The mental health literacy level of undergraduate nursing students is low.Based on identifying the influencing factors,we should pay attention to the key groups and innovate intervention forms to improve the mental health level of nursing students.
