医护患协同管理模式应用在糖尿病患者药物治疗期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护患协同管理模式对糖尿病患者用药效果的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年12月我院内分泌科就诊的糖尿病患者119例作为研究对象,随机分为协同组60例与59例。两组给予胰岛素治疗,在此基础上,常规组给予常规护理,协同组以常规组为基础给予医护患协同管理模式护理,记录两组用药效果、护理满意度、不良反应与生存质量评分情况。结果:护理6个月后,协同组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖低于常规组(P<0.05);协同组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);协同组生存质量各维度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);协同组护理满意度为100.00%,高于常规组的89.83%(P<0.05)。结论:医护患协同管理模式能提高糖尿病患者用药效果,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者生存质量与护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of doctor-nurse-patient collaborative management mode on the medication effect of diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:From April 2022 to December 2023,119 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in the endocrinology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 60 patients and 59 patients in the collaborative group.The two groups were given insulin treatment.On this basis,the routine group was given routine nursing,and the collaborative group was given doctor-nurse-patient collaborative management mode nursing on the basis of the routine group.The medication effect,nursing satisfaction,adverse reactions and quality of life scores of the two groups were recorded.Results:After 6 months of nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the collaborative group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the collaborative group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the collaborative group was 100.00%,which was higher than 89.83%of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The doctor-nurse-patient collaborative management model can improve the medication effect of diabetes mellitus patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
