摘　　要：目的:探究KANO模型指导下的护士-家属联合干预模式对应用缩宫素促宫颈成熟阴道分娩产妇的产程、情绪状态及分娩方式的影响。方法:选择本院2022年2月—2024年2月104例阴道分娩产妇为研究对象,均应用缩宫素促宫颈成熟,按便利抽样法分组,各纳入52例。对照组采用产科常规干预,研究组实行KANO模型指导下的护士-家属联合干预模式,比较两组产程情况、情绪状态及分娩方式。结果:研究组第一、二、三、总产程短于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组经阴道分娩率为96.15%,高于对照组的3.85%(P<0.05)。结论:阴道分娩产妇采用缩宫素促宫颈成熟时,配合KANO模型指导下的护士-家属联合干预能稳定产妇情绪,缩短产程,提高经阴道分娩率。Objective:To explore the effect of nurse-family joint intervention model under the guidance of KANO model on the labor process,emotional state and delivery mode of parturients with cervical ripening vaginal delivery promoted by oxytocin.Methods:From February 2022 to February 2024,104 cases of vaginal delivery women in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All of them were treated with oxytocin to promote cervical ripening.According to the convenient sampling method,52 cases were included in each group.The control group was treated with routine obstetric intervention,and the study group was treated with nurse-family joint intervention mode under the guidance of KANO model.The labor process,emotional state and delivery mode were compared between the two groups.Results:The first,second,third and total stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the study group was 96.15%,which was higher than 3.85%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the period of oxytocin promoting cervical ripening,the combined intervention of nurse-family joint intervention model under the guidance of KANO model can stabilize the mood of parturients,shorten the labor process and improve the rate of vaginal delivery.
