摘　　要：目的:研究地塞米松联合巴曲酶对突发性耳聋(sudden hearing loss,SHL)患者听阈值的影响。方法:选取我院2021年2月—2023年2月收治的80例SHL患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成联合用药组(n=40)和单一用药组(n=40)。单一用药组采用地塞米松治疗,联合用药组在单一用药组基础上采用巴曲酶治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、听力阈值。结果:联合用药组总有效率为95.00%,高于单一用药组的80.00%(P<0.05);联合用药组呕吐消失、耳鸣消失、眩晕消失、听力恢复时间短于单一用药组(P<0.05);联合用药组治疗后低频区、高频区听力阈值低于单一用药组(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松联合巴曲酶应治疗SHL患者的疗效显著,能缩短症状持续时间,促使患者听力水平尽快恢复。Objective:To study the effect of dexamethasone combined with batroxobin on hearing threshold in patients with sudden hearing loss(SHL).Methods:A total of 80 patients with SHL admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into combined medication group(n=40)and single medication group(n=40).The single drug group was treated with dexamethasone,and the combined drug group was treated with batroxobin on the basis of the single drug group.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and hearing threshold were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined medication group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the single medication group(P<0.05).The time of vomiting disappearance,tinnitus disappearance,vertigo disappearance and hearing recovery in the combined medication group was shorter than that in the single medication group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hearing thresholds in the low-frequency and high-frequency regions of the combined medication group were lower than those of the single medication group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexamethasone combined with batroxobin is effective in the treatment of SHL patients,which can shorten the duration of symptoms and promote the recovery of hearing level as soon as possible.
