摘　　要：目的:探究急性RCA闭塞介入术中外周静脉阿托品使用的临床价值。方法:选取本院2022年10月—2024年3月收治的右冠脉急性闭塞引起急性心肌梗死患者52例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组26例。对照组在术中给予多次球囊扩张,实验组在术中给予阿托品,比较两组血压水平、临床观察指标恢复时间及治疗时间、术中不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,实验组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组ST段恢复时间、心律失常纠正时间、术中收缩压恢复时间、治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术中不良反应发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的23.08%(P<0.05)。结论:RCA闭塞介入术中应用阿托品可以改善患者术后血压水平,减少术中各项观察指标恢复时间及缩短手术时间,降低不良反应发生率,临床应用价值良好。Objective:To explore the clinical value of peripheral venous atropine in interventional therapy for acute RCA occlusion.Methods:A total of 52 patients with acute myocardial infarction caused by acute occlusion of right coronary artery admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to March 2024were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 26 patients in each group.The control group was given multiple balloon dilatation during the operation,and the experimental group was given atropine during the operation.The blood pressure level,clinical observation index recovery time and treatment time,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the operation were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of ST segment,arrhythmia correction time,intraoperative systolic blood pressure recovery time and treatment time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.69%,which was lower than 23.08%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of atropine in RCA occlusion intervention can improve the postoperative blood pressure level of patients,reduce the recovery time of various observation indexes and shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has good clinical application value.
