摘　　要：目的:探讨阿奇霉素在治疗儿童支原体肺炎过程中对QT间期的影响。方法:收集2022年1月—2023年1月我院诊治的40例支原体肺炎病例,并使用阿奇霉素进行治疗。检查每位病例的心率和QT间期。对比患儿的治疗前后QTs值;比较不同阿奇霉素剂量QTc值与QTc延长率。结果:治疗后QTs值、QTc延长率高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后累积剂量是10mg/kg、30mg/kg的QTc值高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后累积剂量是10mg/kg、30mg/kg的QTc延长发生率高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后血钙水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);QTc延长组患儿的血钙水平均低于QTc正常组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素用药会影响支原体肺炎患儿的QT间期,导致QT间期延长,尤其是血钙浓度低的患儿。儿童在使用阿奇霉素治疗期间应当监测心电图变化与血钙水平。Objective:To explore the effect of azithromycin on the QT interval during the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:40 cases diagnosed in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were collected and treated with azithromycin.Heart rate and QT interval were examined in each case.Comparing QTs values of the children before and after treatment;compare QTc values with QTc extension rate.Results:QTs values were higher than before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);QTc extension rate was higher than before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The cumulative dose was 10mg/kg,30mg/kg than before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);A cumulative posttreatment dose of 10mg/kg and 30mg/kg had a higher incidence of QTc extension than before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Treatment,blood calcium levels were lower than before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The blood calcium levels in the QTc extension group were lower than those in the QTc normal group,Statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin can affect the QT interval in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,leading to a prolonged QT interval,especially in those with low blood calcium concentrations.Children should be monitored for ECG changes and blood calcium levels during treatment with azithromycin.
