补阳还五汤联合中药封包治疗慢性肾功能不全2~3期患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析补阳还五汤联合中药封包治疗慢性肾功能不全2~3期的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月收治的82例2~3期慢性肾功能不全患者,应用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各41例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上采取补阳还五汤联合中药封包治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能[肾小球滤过率、血肌酐(Blood creatinine,Scr)、尿素氮(Urea nitrogen,BUN)]及生活质量[肾病生活质量简表(Kidney Disease Quality of Life Summary Table,KDQOL-36TM)]。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率为90.24%,高于对照组的68.29%(P<0.05);试验组肾小球滤过率高于对照组,Scr、BUN低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组KDQOL-36TM相关维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合中药封包治疗慢性肾功能不全2~3期效果显著,可提升患者肾功能水平,改善其生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet in the treatment of stage 2~3 chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 82 patients with stage 2-3 chronic kidney disease who were admitted from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,renal function(glomerular filtration rate,blood creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN))and quality of life(Kidney Disease Quality of Life Summary Table(KDQOL-36TM))were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.24%,which was higher than 68.29%of the control group(P<0.05).The glomerular filtration rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and Scr and BUN were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of KDQOL-36TM related dimensions in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet has a significant effect in the treatment of stage 2~3 chronic kidney disease,which can improve the renal function level of patients and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
