麻杏化瘀汤联合氨溴索治疗重症肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究麻杏化瘀汤联合氨溴索治疗重症肺炎患者的临床疗效及对HMGB1、sTREM-1水平的影响。方法:于2021年5月—2024年5月期间共选取衡阳市中医医院96例重症肺炎患者,根据单双号随机化法进行分组,观察组48例和对照组48例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用麻杏化瘀汤联合氨溴索治疗,比较两组临床疗效、HMGB1、sTREM-1水平、体征改善时间。结果:观察组治疗后HMGB1、sTREM-1均低于对照组,止咳消失时间、退烧消失时间、啰音消失时间、喘息消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏化瘀汤联合氨溴索治疗重症肺炎患者可显著提升其临床疗效,降低HMGB1、sTREM-1血清炎症因子水平,促进患者机体恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Maxing Huayu Decoction combined with ambroxol in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia and its effect on HMGB1 and sTREM-1 levels.Methods:From May 2021 to May 2024,96 patients with severe pneumonia in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into observation group(48 patients)and control group(48 patients)according to the randomization method of single and double numbers.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with Maxing Huayu decoction combined with ambroxol.The clinical efficacy,HMGB1,sTREM-1 levels and improvement time of signs were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,HMGB1 and sTREM-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the cough disappearance time,fever disappearance time,rale disappearance time and wheezing disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxing Huayu decoction combined with ambroxol can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with severe pneumonia,reduce the levels of HMGB1 and sTREM-1 serum inflammatory factors,and promote the recovery of patients.
