滋肾育胎丸辅助烯丙雌醇片治疗早期先兆流产孕妇的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋肾育胎丸联合烯丙雌醇片对早期先兆流产患者阴道微生态及子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年12月我院160例早期先兆流产患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为单一组(80例)、试验组(80例)。单一组采用烯丙雌醇片治疗,试验组采用滋肾育胎丸+烯丙雌醇片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状(阴道出血量、腰腹痛缓解时间、止血时间)变化、治疗前后阴道微生态环境[阴道微生态正常、滴虫阴道炎(TV)、需氧性阴道炎(AV)、细菌性阴道病(BV)、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)]、子宫内膜容受性[血流搏动指数(PI)、血流阻力指数(RI)]、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平及血清激素[β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、维生素E(E2)、孕酮、催乳素(PRL)]水平。结果:治疗后,试验组临床总有效率为95.00%,高于单一组的87.50%(P<0.05);试验组阴道出血量少于单一组,止血及腰腹痛缓解时间短于单一组(P<0.05);试验组阴道微生态环境改善幅度大于单一组(P<0.05);试验组PI、FIB及RI水平低于单一组(P<0.05);试验组血清E2、β-HCG、PRL及孕酮水平高于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:烯丙雌醇片+滋肾育胎丸治疗早期先兆流产患者的疗效确切,可缓解临床症状,改善子宫内膜容受性,缓解阴道微生态失衡,提高激素分泌。Objective:To investigate the effects of Zishen Yutai pill combined with allyl estradiol tablets on vaginal microbiota and endometrial receptivity in patients with early threatened miscarriage.Methods:A total of 160 patients with early threatened miscarriage admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a single group(80 patients)and an experimental group(80 patients).The single group was treated with allyl estradiol tablets,while the experimental group was treated with Zishen Yutai Wan+allyl estradiol tablets.The clinical efficacy,changes of clinical symptoms(vaginal bleeding volume,relief time of lumbar and abdominal pain,hemostasis time),vaginal microecological environment[normal vaginal microecology,trichomonas vaginitis(TV),aerobic vaginitis(AV),bacterial vaginosis(BV),vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)],endometrial receptivity[blood flow pulsation index(PI),blood flow resistance index(RI)],fibrinogen(FIB)level and serum hormones[β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),vitamin E(E2),progesterone,prolactin(PRL)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 87.50%of the single group(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the single group,and the time of hemostasis and relief of lumbar and abdominal pain was shorter than that in the single group(P<0.05).The improvement of vaginal microecological environment in the experimental group was greater than that in the single group(P<0.05).The levels of PI,FIB and RI in the experimental group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The levels of serum E2,β-HCG,PRL and progesterone in the experimental group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Allylestradiol Tablets+Zishen Yutai pills is effective in the treatment of patients with early threatened abortion,which can reliev
