胆木浸膏糖浆联合头孢克肟颗粒治疗小儿急性咽炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿急性咽炎采用胆木浸膏糖浆治疗的临床效果。方法:选取郑州大学附属儿童医院2021年11月—2023年4月收治的80例急性咽炎患儿,以随机数字表法分成对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组给予头孢克肟颗粒治疗,研究组给予胆木浸膏糖浆联合头孢克肟颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);研究组发热、咽部红肿、咽痛、咯痰缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,IL-2水平高于治疗前,且研究组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组,IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胆木浸膏糖浆能够提升小儿急性咽炎治疗疗效,缩短症状缓解时间,降低中医证候积分,改善血清炎症因子水平,且并不增加不良反应发生风险。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Danmu extract syrup in the treatment of acute pharyngitis in children.Methods:A total of 80children with acute pharyngitis admitted to Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from November 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with cefixime granules,and the study group was treated with Danmu extract syrup combined with cefixime granules.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,TCM syndrome score,serum inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of fever,pharyngeal swelling,sore throat and expectoration in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the level of IL-2 was higher than that before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of IL-2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danmu extract syrup can improve the therapeutic effect of acute pharyngitis in children,shorten the time of symptom relief,reduce the score of TCM syndromes,improve the level of serum inflammatory factors,and do not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
