中西医结合治疗布鲁菌病脊柱炎1例分析

摘　　要：布鲁氏菌病是一种由布鲁氏菌感染所致的人畜共患性疾病,脊柱、棘突间隙、椎旁组织等受到病菌侵犯引起的感染性病变称为布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎。本文分析2024年7月湖南省常德市收治1例布鲁菌病感染腰椎的临床症状与实验室特征,予以中药辩证治疗并配合抗布鲁菌病药物治疗,13 d后患者症状明显缓解出院,出院后继续予以药物治疗。随访至今,患者病情平稳,复查抽血指标未见明显复发征象。布鲁菌病流行多呈地域分布,南方少见,且患者临床症状不典型,容易被漏诊或误诊,及时进行血培养、布病抗体四项可帮助临床尽早确诊并进行有效的治疗意义重大,避免因疾病迁延导致病情加重,影响愈后。Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease caused by Brucella infection.Infectious lesions caused by bacterial invasion of the spine,spinous process space,paravertebral tissue,etc.are called Brucella spondylitis.In this paper,the clinical symptoms and laboratory characteristics of one case of brucellosis infected lumbar vertebrae admitted to Changde City,Hunan Province in July 2024 were analyzed.The patient was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and anti-brucellosis drugs.After 13 days,the patient's symptoms were significantly relieved and discharged.After discharge,the patient continued to be treated with drugs.Follow-up so far,the patient's condition was stable,and no obvious recurrence signs were found in the reexamination of blood indicators.The prevalence of brucellosis is mostly geographically distributed,rare in the south,and the clinical symptoms of patients are not typical,which is easy to be missed or misdiagnosed.Timely blood culture and brucellosis antibody can help the clinic to diagnose and treat effectively as soon as possible.It is of great significance to avoid the aggravation of the disease caused by the delay of the disease and affect the prognosis.
