摘　　要：目的:探究耳穴压豆干预在老年原发性高血压患者药物治疗期间的应用效果。方法:随机选取2021年3月—2023年4月河南中医药大学第三附属医院收治的老年原发性高血压患者130例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成两组,CCBs组(n=65)接受常规护理,研究组(n=65)在此基础上实施耳穴压豆干预。比较干预前后两组患者的临床疗效、血压水平、睡眠质量和生活质量差异。结果:研究组干预总有效率高于CCBs组(P<0.05);干预后,两组SBP、DBP、PSQI评分均较干预前降低,SF-36各维度评分均较干预前升高,且研究组SBP、DBP、PSQI评分低于CCBs组,SF-36各维度评分高于CCBs组(P<0.05)。结论:老年原发性高血压患者CCBs治疗期间应用耳穴压豆辅助干预可有效改善血压、睡眠质量和生活质量,具备良好应用价值。Objective:To explore the application effect of auricular point pressing bean intervention in elderly patients with essential hypertension during drug treatment.Methods:A total of 130 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,the CCBs group(n=65)received CCBs routine nursing,and the study group(n=65)received auricular point pressing bean intervention on this basis.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The total effective rate of intervention in the study group was higher than that in the CCBs group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SBP,DBP and PSQI in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 were higher than those before intervention,while the scores of SBP,DBP and PSQI in the study group were lower than those in the CCBs group,and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 were higher than those in the CCBs group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant intervention of CCBs can effectively improve blood pressure,sleep quality and quality of life,which has good application value.
