摘　　要：目的:探讨对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠脉介入治疗期间应用问题导向护理模式的干预效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月本院行经皮冠脉介入治疗的AMI患者150例进行研究,按照随机分化法将其分为观察组、对照组,各75例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组则实施问题导向护理模式。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、心功能指标及并发症发生率。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVEF、NT-proBNP优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:问题导向护理模式应用于AMI患者经皮冠脉介入治疗患者当中的效果明显,可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,改善心功能,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of problem-oriented nursing mode in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)during percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:A total of 150 patients with AMI who received percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected for study,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random differentiation method,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received problem-oriented nursing.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),cardiac function index and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).lVEF and NT-proBNP in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The problem-oriented nursing model is effective in patients with AMI undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention,which can alleviate the negative emotions of anxiety and depression,improve cardiac function and reduce the incidence of complications.
