扩张性心肌病心力衰竭患者药物治疗期间应用全面护理干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察全面护理干预在扩张性心肌病(DCM)合并心力衰竭(HF)患者硝酸甘油联合多巴酚丁胺治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2020年2月—2024年1月收治的DCM合并HF患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。两组均予以硝酸甘油联合多巴酚丁胺治疗,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施常规护理+全面护理干预。比较两组护理满意度、血钾水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:干预后,观察组血钾水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05)。结论:在硝酸甘油联合多巴酚丁胺治疗期间,全面护理干预可提高DCM合并HF患者血钾水平,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善护理满意度。Objective: To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of nitroglycerin combined with dobutamine in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) and heart failure(HF). Methods: A total of 74 patients with DCM complicated with HF admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with nitroglycerin combined with dobutamine. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received routine nursing +comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, serum potassium level, Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) score were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the serum potassium level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.59%, which was higher than 75.68% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: During the treatment of nitroglycerin combined with dobutamine, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the serum potassium level of DCM patients with HF, relieve anxiety and depression, and improve nursing satisfaction.
