互动式健康教育在老年功能性消化不良患者药物治疗期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究互动式健康教育在老年功能性消化不良患者用药治疗期间的应用效果。方法:选择2021年4月—2024年4月我院收治的96例老年功能性消化不良患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用互动式健康教育。比较两组自护能力、临床症状和生活质量评分。结果:护理后,观察组遵医嘱用药能力、监护症状能力、调整心态能力和保持健康行为能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛、呕吐、食欲降低、腹胀和嗳气评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组独立性、精神状态、个人信仰、躯体功能、医患关系和社会关系评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用药依从性(97.92%)高于对照组(77.08%)(P<0.05)。结论:互动式健康教育在老年功能性消化不良患者用药治疗期间有显著的应用效果,能明显提高其自护能力,减轻临床症状,改善生存质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of interactive health education during drug treatment in elderly patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:A total of 96 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with interactive health education.The scores of self-care ability,clinical symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of medication ability,symptom monitoring ability,mentality adjustment ability and ability to maintain healthy behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of abdominal pain,vomiting,decreased appetite,abdominal distension and belching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of independence,mental state,personal belief,physical function,doctor-patient relationship and social relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the medication compliance in the observation group(97.92%)was higher than that in the control group(77.08%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interactive health education has a significant application effect during the treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia,which can significantly improve their self-care ability,reduce clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life.
