Roy适应模式护理联合早期肠内营养护理应用在急性脑出血患者药物治疗期间的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析Roy适应模式护理结合早期肠内营养护理在药物治疗急性脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾2022年12月—2024年11月医院神经内科收治的100例急性脑出血患者相关资料,按护理方案的不同予以分组,其中对照组(46例)给予早期肠内营养护理及常规专科护理,观察组(54例)在对照组干预基础上采用Roy适应模式护理,比较两组心理状态、神经功能改善情况。结果:护理后,观察组神经缺损程度低于对照组,焦虑、抑郁状态低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组信息处理、应对策略建立、适应性行为的采取水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性脑出血患者药物治疗期间,Roy适应模式护理结合早期肠内营养护理有利于改善患者神经功能,调节其心理状态,提高其适应能力。Objective:To analyze the effect of Roy adaptive mode nursing combined with early enteral nutrition nursing in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage during drug treatment.Methods:The relevant data of 100 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Department of Neurology of the hospital from December 2022 to November 2024 were reviewed.They were divided into groups according to different nursing schemes.The control group(46patients)was given early enteral nutrition nursing and routine specialist nursing.The observation group(54 patients)was given Roy adaptation mode nursing on the basis of the intervention of the control group.The improvement of psychological state and neurological function between the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the degree of nerve defect in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the state of anxiety and depression was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of information processing,coping strategy establishment and adaptive behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage during drug treatment,Roy adaptive mode nursing combined with early enteral nutrition nursing can improve the neurological functio,regulate their psychological state,and improve their adaptive ability.
