摘　　要：目的:分析唑来膦酸注射液治疗骨质疏松(OP)导致的胸腰椎骨折(TLICS)患者应用多元化健康教育的效果及对健康行为的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年2月我院收治的63例唑来膦酸注射液治疗OP导致的TLICS患者临床资料,依据健康教育方式不同进行分组,常规组实施常规健康教育(n=31),多元化组开展多元化健康教育(n=32),比较两组视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分、腰痛评分量表(JOA)、依从性调查问卷表(EARS)、腰椎关节活动度。结果:干预后,多元化组VAS、EARS评分低于常规组,JOA评分高于常规组,腰椎前屈、腰椎后伸活动度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸注射液治疗OP导致的TLICS中应用多元化健康教育可获得较高价值,既能缓解一定程度的疼痛,还可提高依从性,从而改善腰椎活动度。Objective:To analyze the effect of diversified health education on patients with thoracolumbar fractures(TLICS)caused by osteoporosis(OP) treated with zoledronic acid injection and its influence on health behavior.Methods:The clinical data of 63 patients with TLICS caused by OP treated with zoledronic acid injection in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected and grouped according to different health education methods.The routine group was given routine health education(n=31),and the diversified group was given diversified health education(n=32).The visual analogue pain(VAS)score,low back pain score scale(JOA),compliance questionnaire(EARS)and lumbar joint activity were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the VAS and EARS scores of the diversified group were lower than those of the conventional group,the JOA score was higher than that of the conventional group,and the lumbar flexion and lumbar extension activities were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diversified health education in the treatment of TLICS caused by OP with zoledronic acid injection can obtain higher value,which can not only relieve a certain degree of pain,but also improve compliance,thus improving lumbar mobility.
