赋能心理护理结合聚焦护理在颅内动脉瘤患者术后药物治疗期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨赋能心理护理结合聚焦护理在颅内动脉瘤患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年4月—2024年8月我院收治的100例颅内动脉瘤患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。两组均行手术结合尼莫地平治疗,对照组予以常规护理,观察组采取赋能心理护理结合聚焦护理。比较两组情绪状态、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),健康调查问卷(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:赋能心理护理结合聚焦护理可减轻颅内动脉瘤患者不良情绪,减少并发症,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the application value of empowerment psychological nursing combined with focused nursing in patients with intracranial aneurysms.Methods:A total of 100 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to August 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with surgery combined with nimodipine.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given empowerment psychological nursing combined with focused nursing.The emotional state,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the incidence of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of health questionnaire(SF-36)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowering psychological nursing combined with focused nursing can reduce the bad mood of patients with intracranial aneurysms,reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
