摘　　要：目的:探讨优化急诊护理流程在急诊脑梗塞患者药物治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年10月我院收治的86例急性脑梗塞患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规急诊护理流程,观察组采用优化急诊护理流程。比较两组救治时间、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分及患者满意度。结果:观察组急诊停留时间、静脉溶栓开始时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优化急诊护理流程可缩短急诊脑梗塞患者的救治时间,改善患者神经功能和日常生活能力,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of optimizing emergency nursing process in drug treatment of patients with emergency cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine emergency nursing process,and the observation group was treated with optimized emergency nursing process.The treatment time,neurological deficit score,daily living ability score and patient satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results:The emergency stay time,intravenous thrombolysis start time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the daily living ability score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the emergency nursing process can shorten the treatment time of patients with emergency cerebral infarction,improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
