Quadrant通道下MIS-TLIF治疗腰椎退行性疾病的疗效分析

摘　　要：探讨腰椎退行性疾病治疗中Quadrant通道下微创经椎间孔入路腰椎椎间融合术(MIS-TLIF)的疗效。选取2022年1月―2024年8月兴义市人民医院收治的100例腰椎退行性疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为MIS-TLIF治疗组和开放TLIF治疗组,各50例。比较两组的临床效果。结果显示,MIS-TLIF治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于开放TLIF治疗组,术后并发症发生率、术后直腿抬高试验阳性率、残留腿痛和残留腰痛占比均显著低于开放TLIF治疗组,术后腰椎活动度、腰椎功能JOA评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均显著高于开放TLIF治疗组(P<0.05),Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、疼痛程度VAS评分均显著低于开放TLIF治疗组(P<0.05)。研究发现,Quadrant通道下MIS-TLIF治疗腰椎退行性疾病的临床效果良好。To explore the efficacy of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF)under the Quadrant channel in the treatment of degenerative lumbar diseases.Selecting 100 patients with lumbar degenerative diseases admitted to Xingyi People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into MIS-TLIF treatment group and open TLIF treatment group,with 50 patients in each group.Compare the clinical outcomes of two groups.The results showed that the total effective rate of MIS-TLIF treatment group was significantly higher than that of the open TLIF treatment group.The incidence of postoperative complications,positive rate of postoperative straight leg elevation test,and the proportion of residual leg pain and residual back pain were significantly lower than those of the open TLIF treatment group.The postoperative lumbar spine activity,lumbar spine function JOA score,activities of daily living(ADL)score,and health survey summary form(SF-36)score were significantly higher than those of the open TLIF treatment group(<0.05).The Oswestry functional impairment index(ODI)score and pain severity VAS score were significantly lower than those of the open TLIF treatment group(<0.05).Research has found that MIS-TLIF under the Quadrant channel has good clinical efficacy in treating lumbar degenerative diseases.
